Golden Rule:  

Create Original and Interesting Content and then

Distribute It Through Multiple Online Channels.

  As we have been trying to illustrate to you, this “Golden Rule” is not limited to SEO purposes, it is a sound strategy to promote your website and your business on Google, Facebook and Youtube, Email + more.  The content (article, video, etc.) that is distributed will most often contain a link back to your website.   You may have the greatest site in the world with fantastic content, but if your site is new, does not have much traffic or is not known, it is unlikely that people will see it.  This does not serve anyone well.

As you distribute your content through our multiple channel model,

you will accomplish a few extremely important items:

1. First, you will generate web traffic.  Remember the real goal of SEO is the same as all your traffic building activities it to...wait for it…..wait for it…..wait for it.. BUILD TRAFFIC!  As you distribute content through our multi-channel model, your content will get views and if it’s interesting to people, they will click through to your website.

2. Second, as more web users view your content, you will increase the chances of various websites “picking up” or “referencing “ your content on their website or blog, providing your website with the high quality links we have been describing in the SEO process.  Additionally, other websites may simply repost your content which can also provide links.

3. Thirdly, some of the content you distribute will count as a backlink.  The quality of the links may vary, but still a backlink which will be helpful for SEO purposes. Directories, Video sites and other sites where we distribute our original content provides value to visitors and can also provide good links.  Some of the sites we distribute content have editorial control over which content to display, which can also increase link quality.  For some businesses, where SEO competition is less intense (such as many small or local businesses), these backlinks can be enough to achieve successful SEO results.
